Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for buying our products and for making a difference. We do our best to make sure we never are out of stock, and that we deliver quickly, so you always have your favourite soap at hand. Our motto is that we make these soaps, we try them and we change them until we love them. And that is what we do. Feel free to contact us at info@freshface-naturalsoap.com, if you have any questions, or if you would like us to make you a particular soap with your signature scent. We are steadily improving our website to ensure that you have a pleasurable and entertaining shopping experience. Despite our best efforts, products can go out of stock. If a particular product is out of stock or the soap you would like to purchase needs a little more curing time, we will let you know as soon as we receive your order. If a product is out of stock, we can back-order it for you, or you have the right to cancel your order. If we have to send out multiple orders because we do not have the item you want to purchase in stock, we only charge you a one-off P&P fee (A-Post, CHF 9).

Should you ever not be happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your product unopened and in mint condition. All you need to do is to let us know by email that you are going to return the goods. We are afraid, but we cannot take back opened packages, essential oils, powders, waxes, electronic tutorials, videos, downloads, special orders, and will not offer any refunds in damaged goods either. We can only offer refunds for products that arrive back to us unopened and in mint condition.

All orders are sent out by Swiss Post, A-Post CHF 9. Delivery of orders of more than CHF 100 are free of charge. Please allow for 3-5 working days for delivery.
