Our products have been made for you to enjoy and benefit from their most natural and untampered form. Most of the herbs, essential oils and other natural ingredients in our hand-made products are believed to have healing and soothing properties. We use organic, vegan ingredients, and we declare all the ingredients on the soap wrappers and on our website. Allergic reactions are highly unlikely, but may occur despite all our efforts. If you or anyone around you (including pets) are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients in our products, do not use them. Even natural ingredients may trigger reactions. No two people are the same, we can therefore not guarantee you will not develop an allergic reaction or rash. Please note: if you have had severe anaphylactic-type reactions to any of the ingredients in any of our products in the past, or suspect any of our ingredients may trigger an anaphylactic shock (in you and anyone around you), do not buy our products.
We keep all our equipment pedantically clean and disinfect all the tools before and after each use. However, we cannot rule out possible cross-contamination of individual ingredients. If you aware of possible allergic reactions with respect to cross-contaminations, do not buy our products.

Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients and all the ingredients used in a particular product are stated on the packaging of the product itself. Should the list of ingredients be missing on either the website or the product you intend to purchase, you must inquire with freshface natural soap what the ingredients are prior to purchase. It is each and every user’s own responsibility to read all instructions and lists of ingredients carefully and act accordingly. If in doubt, whether you should use a certain product, do an allergy patch test before using the product and if at any time irritation occurs, do not continue use of the product.
